Terms of Use - masterplan
General
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between MASTER PLAN LLC (hereinafter "the Provider"), owner and operator of the online store shop.masterplan.bg, and users of the store's services.
By using the website and placing an order, the user accepts and agrees to these terms.
Registration and Access
Upon registration, the user must provide accurate and up-to-date information. If any details change, the user must update them within 7 days. Access to the user account is granted via username and password, for the security of which the user bears personal responsibility.
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) including VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is finalised. Payment can be made by:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer
- By arrangement with the Provider
Delivery
Products are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation, subject to availability. Deliveries are made via Econt or Speedy courier services. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer upon full payment of the amount due.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without owing any compensation, in accordance with Bulgarian consumer protection law. Upon withdrawal, the Provider will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or the withdrawal notice.

Data Protection
MASTER PLAN LLC processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Data collected includes: names, address, email, and payment information — solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and accounting obligations.
The user has the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of their personal data by submitting a written request to: info@masterplan.bg.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve it by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court or through alternative consumer dispute resolution methods (EU ODR platform).
Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms of Use. Users will be notified of changes at least 7 days before they take effect. If a user disagrees, they may discontinue use of the services within a 30-day period.
