Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

MASTER PLAN LLC processes personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Contract fulfilment — processing orders, delivering goods, and handling payments.
  2. User account creation — upon registration at shop.masterplan.bg.
  3. Legal compliance — pursuant to the Bulgarian Accounting Act and VAT Act (retention of accounting documents).

Retention Period

Under Article 12 of the Bulgarian Accounting Act:

  • Accounting documents: 10 years from January 1 of the following fiscal year.
  • Other information: 3 years from January 1 of the following fiscal year.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict the processing of their data.
  • Object to processing.

Mandatory Data Provision

Providing personal data is a necessary condition for purchasing goods, receiving services, and making payments. If refused, MASTER PLAN LLC may be unable to fulfil the order or enter into a contract.
