Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed on business days. Once confirmed, products are dispatched by courier to the customer's specified address or courier office. The standard delivery timeframe is 1 to 3 business days for available products, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

For products with limited availability or pre-orders, delivery timeframes may differ. In such cases, the customer will be notified separately about any potential delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method, destination address, and the courier company's rates. The cost is calculated automatically at checkout after entering a delivery address. All displayed prices include VAT.

For certain promotions, masterplan offers free shipping — this will be clearly indicated on the relevant offer.

Package Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the exterior of the package. If you notice any visible transport damage, file a damage report with the courier on the spot and contact us immediately.
